His first piano solo album (Peaceful, January 2021) has already been featured on multiple Spotify playlists and featured in various media reviews and interviews. It has been aired on the Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation CyBC Radio 4 and is on the playlists of Calm Radio, One World Music, and The River of Calm. His second piano album, Peaceful Christmas, was released in December 2021, and the most recent album, Tributes, was released on 11 February 2023. In addition to the piano albums, Hovig has released a number of songs and music videos with collaborating artists. His Worth Waiting For was selected as a semi-finalist at the International Songwriting Competition 2021. Hovig wrote the tune back in 2005 for his wife, Anna, at the time of their wedding. But only recently, did he add the lyrics to go with it, and released it as a single and music video in collaboration with his good Swedish friend and artist, Johan Drejare.

Hovig also has a podcast, Drop A Note, in which he talks about his compositions, the stories behind them, and memorable and funny anecdotes from his life.

Hovig is an Armenian, born in Lebanon but established in Cyprus for most of his adult life. He is married to Anna from Sweden and together they have a son who is also a young pianist.

Sebastian is unique as an artist and his own style of composing and arranging songs is powerful.

H is inspired by the music of the 80’s en ’90s like Giorgio Moroder, Vangelis, Enya, Jean Michel Jarre, Nova, OMD, and FWO, but also by movie score writers like Ennio Morricone, John Williams, and Danny Elfman.

His music varies from melodic Pop to World music, sometimes classical and New Age. His music is timeless.

Starting at the age of 12 Sebastian wrote his first piece of music. and his first album released in 1994 was called Fatamorgana 1.

He studied music engineering and one of his best teachers in music production was Alan Parsons. Sebastian: ” I learned a lot from him, not only how to make music, but also the technical side of music and the most important bit the harmony in the music compositions”.

Sebastian’s music varies from melodic Pop to World music, sometimes classical, electronic, and Ambient. His music is for all times. His music is used much for films, and documentaries, and his animated music videos are famous.

Some of his hit songs are And The Birds Are Singing, The Penguins From Texas, Raptor, Raptor 2, Goblin, Dark Night, Mambo Jambo, Paradise, and Infinity.

In 2014 he made a documentary about NASA’s Apollo Missions 17-20. It shows we are brought here by something or someone else! Featuring songs Sebastian Lightfoot Magic Fly and Supernova. Directed by Sebastian himself.

In 2017 he created his first youtube series called ” Trappist One ”It’s about the discovery of 7 exoplanets by Nasa. Directed, written, and soundtrack (A New World) by Sebastian.

In 2019 he released his first Christmas album “Winter tales.

In 2020 – 2022 he released great singles like Willows, Paradise, Disclosure, and Infinity.
